Hi, I’m Ashton! Food has always been at the center of my life, from watching my parents cook to exploring new flavors on my travels. My love for nutrition grew even stronger after facing a cancer diagnosis, which deepened my appreciation for the power of healthy eating. With a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University, I’m on a journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian.
